Ball State can run the table and still will not get a BCS bid. Their Mid-Am conference is so weak that they will have to show that they are winning it easily for a few years in an row PLUS add at least one big game. It's a nice little story but they really should not even be ranked in the top 25 at this point.
It took Boise State four years of excellent play to make it and they took advantage of it in a big way. Ball State has just gotten on the radar. They need to sustain this level of play to be considered.
